Today on the scenario of falling stocks and recession in India the youths are the really suffering to find a secure job.
Here I am gonna give them a guidance starting from school students to college and jobless students.
Once upon time taking up science and computer science courses by 11th students were a trend.
but these days getting into engineering has become easy but getting a job afterwards has become a really challenge. Also getting into medical field is also becoming tougher as there are few government colleges and they expect a high cut off and NEAT exam score(which is very challenging for a state board based syllabus for students)
Now the trend is like if you study hard you get a job!!
but there is no wrong...everyone needs to do hard work to get the fruit called money.
The problem lies in the school education system which has to be changed to our old gurukulam based way of teaching. Hope the new education system which is awaiting to come to schools would bring some good trends for children that makes kids learn more and aim higher.
Now let's talk about the college students. After 2K revolution IT has become a boon and engineering has become the only aim for many students. But as people rush towards IT now the field has come down throwing up highly salaried people and replacing them with more freshers. So if you are in IT you enjoy life for few years and save more money for your family before the company fires you..else your life is doomed!!..........This is being the situation of many IT employees today. Inspite of all this getting into this field is also tougher unless you are from a highly ranked colleges!
Now let's talk about the medical field. Students study hard to get good scores and get into government colleges. But if unfortunately they don't clear the cut off then they have to pay very huge amount and get into private colleges and then they set up private hospitals and collect all the money they spend from common people visiting their clinic. This is the case for people who are rich. But middle class people suffer even to pay college fees. Now to consider a student from government college if he/she gets a job in private hospitals they try to find jobs in multiple hospitals even including govt hospitals to earn more money.
On the other side there are many government jobs open to people, but no one knows how many fraud happens in conducting the examination and selecting a candidate.
Finally let's conclude by understanding that the world is so competitive and if you want success just try hard and poke on all the doors. Atleast one will open as HARD WORK NEVER GOES UNREWARDED!!
